Guldo

By far the wimpiest member of the Ginyu Force, Guldo is slaughtered by Vegeta after a humiliating showdown with Krillin and Gohan. However, Guldo does have powerful and useful abilities which make him a valued member.

Level:

15 (power level 435, but his skills seem to suggest he's better than that)

How to Get Him:

Boss Master or reviving.

Abilities:

Mind Freeze: Guldo can stop enemies in their tracks using Mind Freeze.

Mind Read: Guldo can read other's minds.

Telekinesis: Guldo appears to have some kind of powerful telekinesis, as he prepares to skewer Krillin and Gohan with a tree he makes into a rough battering ram.

Time Stop: Guldo can stop time by holding his breath. This is an escape manuever.

Equipment:

Ginyu Force Armor: Useful protective armor, probably about equal to heavily customized kevlar armor.

Scouter: Guldo is armed with a Scouter, allowing him to see apparent power levels.
