It has low armor capacity, a right hand with a huge metal glove armed with tentacles (for various psionic purposes including mind probing), a normal left hand, and other fairly normal things, plus a box-like helmet with a flatter, pointed back. Psionics (Psi-Armor must be equipped):
Ability Block: Blocks abilities.
Abilities:
Force Evolution: Techmage can force people to transform into their next most powerful form; Squirtle to Wartortle, Saiyan to Super Saiyan, etc.
LBs:
L1:
100% Aim: A few turns of 100% Aim with physical weapons.
Instant Armor Strike: This allows TechMage is choose an armor, attack with it, and then either return or not return to the armor he was wearing the LB.
L2:
MP Boomerang: An interesting MP drain. This attack hits two targets (can be non-enemy, as in innocent bystander or magic source) or one target twice. It drains MP from any target it hits, plus does minor damage. Another option is to have the Boomerang absorb MP the first time it hits, then come back around and "burns" that MP to do damage. Very mean.
L3:
L4:
Mindswipe: If TechMage knows Mindswipe, he may cast it at L4 LB strength.
Ultima 2: If TechMage knows Ultima 2, he may cast it at L4 LB strength.
ULB:
Tech Wave: TechMage shakes with violent rage. He floats into the air and warps in all of his armors in order of preference. He attacks with each armor in an incredible fashion, then finishes with a huge cannon that fires a incredible magic shockwave. TechMage gains this after the UPP incident.
Ultimate Weapons:
After the UPP incident, visit the Enigmatic Blacksmith (the guy who remodels Neutral Excalibur and Megascythe after Thrash and Badcat's resurrection). TechMage and him get to work on the OmniArmor. Go somewhere else for a week or so. When you come back, the Omni Armor and all of TechMage's other UW's are made.
Omni Armor: A blending of all of his armors. TechMage replaces Base Armor with Omni Armor.

1. The Omni-Armor can warp in 4 additional arms.
2. Plasma Napalm Missiles (8): 8 launchers are located on one of the shoulders. Each launcher can hold 40 missiles due to shrinking and such. Equipment and Features
Ultimate Personal Power:
In the Ultimate Shop, a member of a group of Romanian gypsies from an alternate dimension tells TechMage of the Space Gypsy tribe's treatment to gain emotions. TechMage's life quest is to be able to feel things, much more than his dejected attitude now. You track down the gypsies and finally meet with their leader. But the treatment is a scam. The gypsies send TechMage to a place where supposedly a old "man" lives, but the old "man" is just a crazy guy who sells to the gypsies sometimes and makes chicken soup. Movie begins: TechMage talks to the crackpot old man. The man says many worthless little anecdotes. TechMage leaves and sits on a rock, horribly depressed. He stands there for a few moments, but then Fred says, "Hey! How do you FEEL???" TechMage looks up, starts muttering something, and then his eyes open wide. He says, "Wait a second". Movie ends.
Reviews:
I like TechMage. Tons of armors and spells. I don't use him that much, causeI don't remember him. But I will. He does have a few problems: MP concerns, and his armors do need to teleport in. -Fred
