How to get it: Just Refine Job from Mike the Ghoststalker or a generic Ghoststalker.

Abilities:

L1: Equip Railguns: This lets you use and equip railguns.

L2: Equip C4: This lets you use and equip C4.

L3: Ghoststalker Stealth: This gives you the enhanced silence of a Ghoststalker.

L4: Cloaking: This gives Ghoststalker Cloaking.

L5: Plant C4: This lets you plant C4 in such a manner as the Ghoststalkers.

L6: Unlimited Railgun Shots and C4: This gives you unlimited railgun ammo and C4.

L7: Automatic Railguns and C4: This gives railguns and C4 automatically to the equipped player.
