This is a simple piece of bionic technology. A computer merely does the job of listening to everything that could be interpreted as Morse code and translating it. If it comes up with something meaningful, an alert is sent. If it's merely gibberish, it stays in the back of the mind. Some clever spies have made the first three or four letters gibberish and then the fifth meaningful, so the computer has developed two forms. The second looks for patterns besides regular Morse that develop, and it can be programmed to look for other patterns as well. It also alerts the person when, even if all that is being said is gibberish, a person is unmistakably tapping out Morse.
