Electro Stun: This powerful electric stunning ability, much like an eel, is extracted from various creatures and fitted into the recipient's metabolism.
Range: Touch or 10 foot range blasts, but half damage for ranged.
Damage: 4D6 (M.D. or S.D.C. depending on the recipient) plus the following stun penalties if a save vs. non-lethal poison is not made: -8 to strike, parry and dodge for two melees, loses a melee action, -4 on initiative, and -1 to pull punch. In addition, the character feels stunned, and all movements are made with little control. Those who save merely suffer a -1 to strike, parry and dodge. Damage can be regulated in increments of 1D6 or down to one damage. Counts as electricity.
Bonuses: +1 on initative. Any Electrones bonded to the character instantly offer their powers, and double all of the Electrone's damage/+50% to all of the Electro-Stun damage (not penalties). +25% to all Elom damages. Character takes 25% less damage from lightning (not ions, only lightning or electricity).
