The Stormbringer comes from a
fairly turbulent planet. Thus, the power to control the storms is
welcomed.

original S.D.C./HP as well.
Reproduction:
The Stormbringer must exchange genetic information through
electricity with another stormbringer.
Average Life Span:
30 years or life of host.
Alignment: Effectively
unprincipled.
Powers: The
Stormbringer offers some lightning skills and abilities.
- The host is resistant to
electricity, lightning and ionic blasts; half damage.
- The host may bring a lightning bolt
down that does 10 M.D. per level. It may be done 4 times
a day and then costs 10 P.P.E.
- The host may make an armor of
lightning, offering 40 M.D.C. per level of protection
(yes, a level 15 character would have 600 M.D.C.!) and
allows grapples.
- The host may use the equivalent of
Electrokinesis at a 10 P.P.E. cost.
- The host may become temporarily
invulnerable to lightning/ions; protects for 20 minutes
per level and may be done twice per day per level.
- The host may bring up to drenching
rain 10 times a day.
- The host may transform into
electricity once per day starting at 3rd level; 50% of
the Major superpower!
- The host may regenerate himself
using power; 100 watts equals one HP/SDC/M.D.C.
- The host may initiate a small storm
(100 foot area) 3 times per day or at a cost of 50 P.P.E.
- The host may make a particular
target a magnet for lightning, electricity and ion
blasts; +4 to strike if aiming at that target and may
automatically hit the target anyway.
Bonuses: +60 P.P.E., +3
to initiative, +3 to parry/dodge, +2 to save vs. magic.
