Weapon Dipped in Poison

P.P.E. to activate: 5 or 15; 15/25 with wings or flaming, 25/35 with both. Add 20 for agony and 20 for enhanced wounds.

Duration: 15 minutes per level of experience.

Powers: Every time the T-Man creates the weapon, he must choose whether he wants a weak S.D.C. poison or the equivalent of a Xiticix poison, capable of poisoning M.D.C. creatures! The S.D.C. poison is the equivalent of cyanide. The weapon has no other powers. It constantly secretes the poison for it's duration.
