P.P.E. to Activate: 20, 30 if combined with
the wings feature or flaming sword, 40 if both. Add 20 for Agony
and add 5 or 15 for poison.
Duration: 15 minutes per level of experience.
Powers: There are two ways to GM this power.
I prefer the first, but the second can be used for more
"by-the-book" GMs:
- Whenever the character slashes an enemy, an appropriate
critical wound occurs. All slashes spill double the
amount of blood; this can factor in with blood tracking
or blood loss rules. If the character slashes the arm,
then they cut a few veins and perhaps an artery. An
attack from the back will jam between vertebrae. And so
on.
- Roll on the Optional Damage Rules Tables, Point Blank
Injury Tables, and other injury tables every 1D6 slashes,
on critical/called shots or when you feel it appropriate.
