Weapon Around Shattered Armor Pieces

P.P.E. to Activate: 15 P.P.E., 25 P.P.E. for wings feature.

Duration: 15 minutes per level of experience or until cancelled.

Powers: The weapon does no damage to people/organics. However, every slash on any kind of armor (barriers, power armor, etc.) do four times (x4) damage to M.D.C. or S.D.C.! Thus, this weapon is created to smash through armor and then a different weapon is made to kill the person inside. Automated robots can be reduced to half of their health, and creatures with natural body armor can be reduced to 3/4 health.
