Agent Brown
Agent Cryo
The only Agent in the Cryos.
Agent Heather Bionic
Agent Heather Bionic was the first experiment of the U.S. government in bionics. Skeletonic had recently been created by some independent organizations (again, the Excelsior minions had some role in this), and the government did not want to be outdone. Agent Heather Bionic was a talented person with weaponry, but her Agent skills were not up to par. She studied and trained, but others kept on succeeding over her, partially because of her lack of success at the disbelief required by Agents and Matrix warriors to work. Thus, she was given a chance to have the highly new experimental technology used on her. The work went without a hitch, and she became the first recepient of the incredible new bionic technology. Her last name was erased and changed, of course. She considered going into the Men in Black, but being H or HB didn't appeal.
Agent Jones
Agent Smith
Agent Smith is, appropriately enough, the leader of the Agent Department. The Agents are a branchoff of the FBI, but they are treated much the same by the FBI as the Mariners are by the Navy: a seperate super-branch using information and equipment judiciously. Agent Smith, like all ranking Agents, has an arm teleportation device which allows him to quickly get to his locations. This is the PC replacement of the Agent capacity to infest bodies, plus it allows manueverability where there is no-one to infest. Agent Smith has personally tangled with many forces, and he is used for diplomacy for superior forces. Mariner and Agent Smith have an ongoing personal feud, due to differences of styles and competing agendas and department goals.
Al Capone's Ghost
The mystic energies of the MD Earth world revived Al Capone, but in ghost form. His tangible body had long since faded away, but his soul had remained. The corrupt soul now rules the Chicago underworld, and is a major force in world affairs, albeit an underhanded one. His Franken Mobsters from Stranger and Spook Houses' days are still around.
Alex
Taken, no information. He is known to have spells and psionics, however.
Alucard
Animorphs
Ann Kyker
Ann Kyker is the leader of the U.S. Internet Investigations Corps. So far, thanks to the very recent development of the Web World System (which is what makes the Internet a virtual world) and the Avatar System (which makes the body actually become a real thing in the Internet, allowing hackers and other internet supermen to travel through the real world at incredible speeds), the IIC has been getting a small amount of funds. But Ann, being a former hacker punk, knows the danger of these systems. She is pushing for increased funding. Her charismatic nature, and the support of private hackers like Trent and Jeremy Nasser, has so far enabled her to somewhat keep up with the pace. Her job is to find cyber-terrorists and combat them in their own world. She has a number of plans that player characters could help in. Her first plan is to create a program for all policemen that they carry in a chip embedded in their arms or other place. This program hacks the Matrix and makes them supermen inside it. This is some pretty severe hacking, but if talented hackers got into it, they could develop a system which would in turn become very difficult to counterhack. Mr. Excelsior might just find out about her ideas and program a one-two level Final language. Her second plan is for servers, spread in secret locations all over the U.S. and other places, to be devoted entirely to autonomous actions. She has classified "robots" that these computers would make. The first would be Absorbers. They would go around the Internet and find viruses in the same way that the famous technique of Virus Catching does. Then they would attempt to quarantine them, sending messages for help to the other robots and trying to take a sample and turn it into a vaccine. The second are Robo-Cops. These are Internet enforcers. They go around and do the same things cops in real life do. They have no more rights than a real cop, and they also never violate those laws thanks to programming; in other words, they are actually more reliable than real cops. If they have a question about whether they are allowed to do something, they send a e-mail back to home base. There would be the equivalents of SWAT teams. There would also be Robo-Cops armed with only things to debiliate, and some armed to kill. Then there would be things than enlist the Internet's own beloved systems to track out Internet lawbreakers. Search systems would include tracers to trace people looking at illegal sites. Some illegal sites would be enlisted by the government and used as tracers. There would be Internet mercenaries and infiltrators that would infiltrate organizations. Another great method they would have is to get some of the truly legendary policemen (like Kyker herself) and make computer clones of them. These clones would saturate the Internet.

But Bahamut tracked down Tiamat and engaged her in a brutal battle immediately after she had given birth to Bahamia. Bahamut easily defeated Tiamat in her weakened state and took the egg. Bahamia grew to hatchling size before he was stolen in a clever manuever by a group of interdimensional thieves employed by Tiamat. Tiamat demanded Bahamia back., but the thieves laughed and took Bahamia with them. Bahamia escaped from the thieves and became a wandering hatchling, using his metamorphosis. He is still young, but his experiences with both the thieves and Bahamut have given him both a good and bad childhood. Bahamut and Tiamat are both searching for him. Bahamut has the advantage, however, because he contacted Mr. Excelsior. Tiamat tried contacting Astar, but Astar rejected her offer, as he was searching for Bruno and because he was not evil anymore.

But he then had his epic fight with Mike, and realized that not all non-Nod followers were evil. He developed a fast friendship with Mike and got Ghoststalker training, getting his railgun modifed to strike air targets. The two form a dual destructive group of great power.
Blackie
Bruno Templar
This orphan child has a frightening past if looked at through the eyes of the omniscient. His parents were killed by a psychokinetic (and psychotic) murderer of intense power. Something mysterious happened next, and the murderer, Astar Reeves, was found bleeding and nearly dead. He said, "The child... The child.." and has lived in eternal fear of the young one. The deductions are apparent: Bruno's encounter with the arcane and the power of telekinesis activated an unforeseen and apocalyptic power. The murderer engaged in a psychokinetic duel with the boy and lost. The boy, undisciplined and only 5 or 6 years old, won to an experienced telekinetic. He then went to a government orphanage, but scientists abused him to create a super-soldier. Finally, a court appeal brought him to a foster home, where two loving parents take care of him. They are very protective of Bruno.

But those who are unrepentive defilers of the land will feel her wrath. Her first sleeping poison was made from discarded butterfly wings and pollen. Her all-natural poisons are very potent. She recently heard about a living tree somewhere with rare, extinct or alien plants in it's forest. She is searching for it, because she could create incredible poisons.
Cain Roguehand
Cain is a member of the race known as the Hundred Handed. But he is intelligent, the first of his race to not be childlike in his intelligence. His mother was in fact a very strong human woman, who also gave birth to Fury. Cain is firmly convinced that Zeus desires to manipulate and enslave the Hundred Handed for eternity. He is trying to genetically engineer a Magi Hundred Handed with his intelligence and with the added capability of magic. Fred or Dark Fred will work excellently.

Cerebrus
Crono

Cubert
A weird merchant gimp with no hands and lots of interesting things. The Stalking Ghosts work for him, and he is under Sparrow's control. Little is known about him, especially considering his lack of importance, but he did destroy Lavos and the Horseman of Death (with help, of course).
Cyber Angel
When God found that Satan had created a Web Avatar, he contacted religious (not fanatics) hackers to create him a fighting body on the Internet. Cyber Angel is a muscular young man with a deadly sword and a powerful pure energy gun. He also is attempting to stop Cyber Armageddon.
Cyber Armageddon
Cyber Armageddon was initially created by Mick Threeson's internet terrorist group, but it soon got too powerful. It engaged Mick's cyber-entity contained in his sword and defeated it, copying it's mind and adding Astar's psychosis. It then got all the viruses ever created and stringed them together, creating correlations and matches, then stringing together new viruses and running out. But the power of the entity was limited, and Trent, Mick and others mounted an effort to destroy it. They succeeded. Or so they thought. In fact, Cyber Armageddon had went onto the Cyber Satan database and hid. When the Final came, Cyber Armageddon came out of hiding and took the Final, recorrelating and rematching. He soon created intricacies to the language that not even Mr. Excelsior could fathom in shorthand form. Cyber Satan tried to capture it, but Cyber Armageddon defeated Cyber Satan and again copied the mind. This launched the thing into full psychosis. Cyber Armageddon was biding it's time, but when the time was ripe with the creation of the Final, he struck. He attacked the Monolith's web site, but was subdued by Trent and Matrix Cutter. There were rumors that he was then transported to the Yeerk's computers, annihilating them and setting back their plans.
Cyber Hitler
Cyber Satan
A Satan Worshipper hacker created a cybernetic version of Satan. The real Satan turned this into an Avatar, and started a satanic cathedral on the Internet. The only thing left to do is to bring Satan out into the real world. However, Satan knows not of the Horseman Seeds, Hu, Mr. Excelsior or Bahamut. He has heard of Web Puller, but has yet to find him.
Cyber Stalin
Cyclops (X-Men)
Dark Fred
Demon of the Tribes
This is a demon spawned by man. From the earliest conflict over religion and creed to the latest horrors of religion and anti-religion (Fascism, Communism, the Nod) this Demon has been made by the pure soul stuff of the evil. From the thugees of India to the duppy masters of Jamaica to the ancient tribes of Africa and the Native Americans to the evil voodoo masters of South America and Lousiana, the Demon of the Tribes has spawned. He supports dark magic caused by religions and seeks religious strife, turmoil and death. Thus, among others, he supports Kane and Duppyman.
Domin Smithe
A dominatrix woman from France. She has almost been hospitalized twice for severe eating disorders resulting in thinness. She has a pathological obsession with leather and must have at least one leather strip touching her body at all times, except for sex and showering. She is an unusual dominatrix in that she will massage and try to ease pain seconds before raining blows with a hickory stick. Men often go on dares to her place.
Dracula
Dragon Lancer
Dragon Lancer is the son of Tiamat and Shiva. Tiamat and Shiva let him become a demon-killing mercenary. He is very powerful, but his bloodthirsty nature has made him lose many a time, including to Mr. Excelsior, who is trying to convert or kill all of Tiamat's offspring. Tiamat often uses him to kill dragons who get Bahamut's favor or who betray her. Dragon Lancer ran into the thieves who took Bahamia and attacked them. Bahamia and the thieves handily defeated Dragon Lancer by trapping him in a pit and nuking him with Bahamia's breath. Dragon Lancer will now destroy Bahamia if he finds him. Keep in mind that Dragon Lancer could still theoretically become a better person.
Money: 1000

Dr. Light
Dr. Wily
Duppyman
Duppyman is one of the two most powerful duppy priests on Jamaica. The small dark spirits known as the duppy were sent out in force after the Cataclysm, but thanks to the work of Mr. Excelsior and the other forces that stopped the Cataclysm, Jamaica did not become a demon world. But two priests took the duppies, each realizing that they did not get all of them. Duppyman is a dark duppy priest, and his knowledge of the duppies has caused him to become a Duppy Magi: a being full of dark physical power provided by the duppies. His curses are as strong as the infamous Voldemort or Sirius Black (as framed as he was). His dark forces fight constantly against the Duppy Priest's forces, which has helped turn Jamaica into a war zone.
Duppy Priest
While Duppyman was using the dark power of the spirits in their will, Duppy Priest was mastering the duppies to be used against the forces of evil against the duppie's will. His duppy stores were already amazing, and the Cataclysm filled them to the brim. However, he soon was forced to begin exhausting his supply when Duppyman began the war between the two. Duppy Priests' powerful holy spells and anti-curses wage war against Duppyman. Unknown to both, the Demon of the Tribes and the Horseman of War both have a very good chance of entering Jamaica. The dogs of war would then have to become the pack.

Golem Alpha
Mr. Excelsior is constantly looking for ancient artifacts to add to his collection. One of the artifacts he found was the stone used to create the first Golem on earth. He took the stone and at the height of the eclipses, with the most favorable conditions, he reformed the old Golem. This Golem is nearly indestructible, except for the empowering words Truth on it's head. But even with this weakness (alleviated by several amulets which provide excellent head protection), the Golem is a fearsome force. Golem Alpha and Torrasque Mark II form the Invulnerable Two, each having it's own close-to-invincibility.
Hammer, Scale, and Sword of Justice
The Hammer, Scale, and Sword of Justice are people who got tired of the injustices committed every day. They listened to Metallica's "And Justice For All...." and heard the lyric, "Hammer of justice crushes you, overpower.." They decided to become the Hammer, Scales and Sword of Justice. They try to equalize things and make them more just.
The three are very different. Hammer of Justice is strong and has the powerful Hammer of Justice. He is the beef of the group. Sword of Justice is swift and cunning. His Sword of Justice slices through offender's skin and bone like a hot knife through butter. Scales of Justice is the brains of the group. Hammer and Sword are male, Scales is female. She dresses like the ancient figure of Justice, except without the blindfold, because their justice is targeted and uncrippled. Her Scales of Justice were designed by herself. With it, she can tip the balances.
Mr. Excelsior wants to have them as operatives.
Harvester of Sorrow
Inspired by the song Harvester of Sorrow. Harvester of Sorrow was a normal guy until his life started really sucking. His life suffocated him, and it planted seeds of hate that turned him into a monster. He started killing psychopathically until he was finally stopped. He broke out of the insane asylum and joined Damage Inc., the mercenary group. He has aspirations to take it over, despite his being second in command. He enjoys killing. His power is the ability to make other people's losses his gains, a perfect attribute for guerilla warfare.
Heart
A female superhero who draws energy from emotion and who has Indomitable Will.
Horseman Seed: Death
After the Four Horsemen were defeated by the U.S. Army, Lupine's army, and the other heroes (including, although few know it, Mr. Excelsior), their spirits did not go to Hell, but implanted themselves in humans. Death implanted himself in a worshipper of Death. He is the only one of the Four Horsemen to know that he is one. He is currently trying to find the other three. But he is still technically a Seed, because he has not yet evolved to Death. He currently is a powerful necromancer. He is creating a horrible death cult, because such a thing could rocket him to Horseman status. But first, he needs to find the other Seeds. He has been defeated by Cubert, the Stalking Ghosts, and Mr. Excelsior.
Items:
Skull
Alchemy items
Horseman Seed: Famine
Famine inhabited a successful working boy. The boy soon started to create famine-causing energy from his body. First, he was kicked off the job, but a priest examined him and realized partly what was going on. Thus, the boss used the boy as a espionage agent. He spreads famine to his competitors. It might just take a engineered heat wave or drought to push Famine over the edge into a full-fledged Horseman.
Horseman Seed: Pestilence
Pestilence, when he was defeated, inhabited the body of a unknown hermit with a incurable disease. Within seconds he was walking. He then, because of some strange desire deep within him, began breeding flies and insects and started studying disease and cures. Pestilence, deep within the body, is subconsciously forcing it to find a chemical to bring Pestilence back. Hu may be able to provide such a chemical, or part of it, but he will not want to.
Horseman Seed: War
War was the only one to make a conscious choice of his host. He chose a mercenary known for his brutality and bloodlust. War provided him with incredible strength and weapon skill. War is also not present, but is merely feeding off of his host's death and bloodlust. Dark Fred might be able to force War out of the body. While the other Seeds will grow out of their bodies (Pestilence and Famine), War and Death will grow into the body.
Hu
Hu is a giant, intelligent tree. He is in the center of a forest full of deadly plant defenders and all plants that have ever existed on Earth and quite a few from other planets. There is a clear path for those who deserve to see Hu. Hu is very, very old and very slow. But he holds libraries worth of ancient knowledge, many things even Excelsior does not know. His forest can move slowly, and he receives important knowledge from the plants, seeds, dirt, and other plant implements. He is the most powerful of the plant spirits on the entire planet. Mr. Excelsior and him converse often. Hu is slow, but when he decides to do something, he creates a perfect plan and then does it with dogged determination. He'll wage campaigns for centuries. His incredible psionic powers, which come from the very earth, and his unknown magic, makes him a formidable opponent. But Hu is highly benovolent, and agrees with Mr. Excelsior that humans deserve to taken care off.
Hunter X9
Hunter X9 is a rogue robot. A doctor created the robot as a test of insanity equivalents on robots. The robot started out with mere phobias, but it had a fluke: human ambition. It conquered it's phobia and moved on to criminal psychosis and controlled rage. The weak robot stole a rail pistol and raided a U.S. cybernetics hold. Even at it's weak state with it's one weapon, it killed many Marines and was able to build itself a new body. The new body makes it one of the toughest cybernetic/robot bodies on the planet, with the only real competition being Agent Heather Bionic, Missy and Skeletonic.
Ignavier
A Sonic Mage, a magician who specializes in sound and music. His capacities also extend to other areas of magic, but that is the focal point of his training. He tours with Papa Lambeau's
band but prefers to live in Utah.
Insectoid Emperess
Still not learning their lesson from the Rat King debacle, the U.S. Genetic Engineers decided to create a simplistically minded being. They melded the female of most insect species to create the ultimate queen. The queen was very intelligent, but was a savant: only good for wars against certain targets. The U.S. seemed to be totally in control. However, a new threat emerged. The Emperess began feeding off intelligence of others and finally, through hyperspatial psionics, found another, similar intelligence: the Overmind of the Zerg. The Overmind gave her the final push to rebel, and the complex was turned into a mobile infested building. Major army raids met with incredible casualties. Soon, the complex moved to a secret area. However, Hu found the Emperess, and is willing to give her location to anyone he contacts. The Overmind is currently trying to get to the Emperess, in order to fuse the two and become one unified, very deadly race. The Emperess has also detected three other races of humanoid insectoids (the Aliens, the Xiticix and the Armorines Insects), but does not know when they will strike.
Jim "Jam" Anderson
Jim Anderson is the leader of the U.S. Superhuman Policing Corps.
Jarg Olsen
A man with a symbiote on his back. The symbiote pulses throughout his body, causing his flesh to squirm sometimes. When the symbiote pops out, it creates many, many tentacles with biting mouths. The abilities it offers Jarg are: extraordinary strength and reflexes, regeneration, the ability to make his skin like a sharks (with microscopic teeths and "mouths"), immunities to certain assaults on the body, chemical creation, and a natural sonic beam.
Jeeves
Xavier Starsley's mysterious butler. The only thing known is that he nearly killed a morphed dragon by attacking it. He appears human and friendly.
Jeremy Nasser
Jeremy Nasser is one of the first civilian receipients of a new modification to the body. Uranium or some other mutagen (by which I mean something that encourages modification) is placed in incredibly precise sections of the body to generate a positive outcome. Jeremy had the unfortunate side effect of paralysis from his modification, but the uranium implants in his brain made him a super-genius. He is one of the more moderate Cyber Realists. He believes that mankind has a lot to gain by creating a permanent Kingdom in cyberspace. However, he believes that the real world also is important and will remain important. Jeremy spends much of his time on the Internet, trying to set up his kingdom and fighting cyber terrorists. He also campaigns for safer use and more testing of the experiment that crippled him. He was not aware that there may be adverse side effects. Jeremy now has an organization interested in making a government agency designed to force all of the distributors of the modification to give as much information as possible to the receipient.
Johhny Blaze
The original infestee for Zarathos, Johnny is a married man with children. Hellfire seems to have a certain attraction for him.
John Connor
Kane
The despotic leader of the Nod religious movement. After the crushing defeats handed Nod by the GDI (although not without Nod doing incredible damage), the Nod movement seemed destined to die under it's own weight, like a skeleton in full battle armor. But Kane flawlessly moved the resources of the Nod underground. Now, Kane is in a sense more powerful than he ever was in the past. The magic-rich new world of Earth has fueled his incredible power. He has contacts with people all over the world: ninjas in Japan, thugees in India, Mafia in Yugoslavia, Russia, Italy, America, drug dealers in Nicaragua, Mexico, evil voodoo priests and priestesses all over South America and in Louisiana. Kane is a world leader of evil and violence. However, he is beginning to hear of a titanically powerful being known only as Mr. X or Mr. E (Mr. Excelsior, numbnuts), with a grand plan for the future that will probably eventually involve Kane's demise. Kane wants to be on the right side of the future. He has two options: find Mr. X and bow to his will, or try to destroy Mr. X. Kane does not know just how powerful Mr. Excelsior is; no-one does, not even Trent or Mick, who saw Mr. Excelsior's real form. Thus, he does not put as much emphasis on the first as the second. Little known to Kane, however, 3 or 4 of his top generals and advisors are either indirectly or directly under Mr. Excelsior's thumb.
Kirby
The Dream Land cream puff. He came here to protect dreams in this potentially dark era, what with a questionably benovelent U.S., a hidden superhuman causing suffering sometimes to advance mankind, an evil supercorporation, and a Jamaica torn apart in a supernatural civil war.
Kyra Lane
Lavos 2 was called by his dying brother. Lavos decided to ravage other planets and take their genetic material. He then landed on Mars, burrowing deep within it and taking ambient energy from the core. When he has amassed enough, he will land on Earth and begin it's destruction. However, Lavos 2 underestimates the forces interested in Earth. Mr. Excelsior, Nosferatu, Dracula, the U.S., the Insectoid Emperess, the Rat Kings, Magus, Crono, Armageddon Man, Hu, Astar, Bruno, Loki Primus, Tiamat, and several other heroes (and villains) will undoubtedly give the destructive entity a run for it's money. When the entity landed, the ZAO skull was placed by to lure the Horseman of Death. With the ZAO skull so close in proximity, Death became a full-fledged Horseman, but the ZAO skull was held by Cubert, while the Hallucination created by Archon Blade was by Lavos. Death, at the last minute, realized that he had been tricked, but Lavos 2 now was ready to take care of this interloper. The two fought and defeated each other. Death was able to capture Lavos' soul, but Cubert's ZAO skull destroyed the souls.
Lavos 2
Lavos III
Lavos King
Lavos Tiamatson
Unknown to Mr. Excelsior, Cubert, and their posse, at the moment of Lavos' destruction, Tiamat stopped time and bred with the soul of Lavos, creating a draconic Lavos. She then went with her ill-begotten offspring and left Lavos to be destroyed by the cleansing blast of the ZAO Skull.

In addtion, Ley Tamer could also be convinced that Cataclysm is not what Earth needs, and be turned to good purposes.
Loki Primus
A odd, manipulative entity in the vein of Loki. He is very powerful; in fact, only one or two forces are able to beat him.
Lupine
The danger of werewolves is well known and documented, but never before has such a danger emerged. Wild werewolves succeeded in transforming a superman who had yet to realize his full potential. As a werewolf, his maximum strength was reached, and he became a rare Super Werewolf. The Super Werewolf can transform at any time and is unbelievably strong. Lupine, also being reasonably charismatic and intelligent, formed a werewolf army. Fortunately enough, Lupine is a good fellow, and he struggled not with the intermediate stages between full man and full werewolf. Thus he has emerged as a powerful mercenary.
Luther
A fuse of a High Templar and a human. The High Templar in question was in serious trouble and attempted a unprecedented action. He was about to be killed and fused with a knight in the Middle Ages. He can switch between Luther human and Archon.

Ma and Pa
Two demonically possessed farmers.
Magus
Magus, after helping Crono defeat Lavos on his planet, became very interested in finding Lavos on other planets. His search for Schala had failed on his planet, but he thought that the dimensional gates thrown out by the Mammon Machine might indeed have thrown her to another planet. The hands of Fate in fact guided Schala to Earth. Magus figured that wherever another Lavos had landed, Schala would have a very good chance of being there also. So he went to Earth and found the Lavos on Mars and the one possessed by the U.S. He has now resumed his search for Schala, but he is also trying to find powerful people and tell them of the menace of Lavos. Magus figures that Lavos is only one of many threats to this planet.

A manipulative string puller who pretends to work for Damage Inc., but is actually the mastermind of several organizations and a cronie for many others. His psionic and mystic powers are all geared towards dominating others.
"Matrix Cutter" Mick Threeson

Mega Man

Mike the Ghoststalker Commando
Mike was one of the super-soldiers of the GDI known as the Ghoststalkers. He was one of the best, in fact. What made him special was when his legs got run over by a Harvester. He crawled back to camp, but the wounds had become gangrenous. His legs were given cheap replacements, but it permanently crippled his abilities as a Ghoststalker. He then went on a private, long-term mission to steal the Cyborg Commando plans. Though no one realized it, he intended to replace his legs with Cyborg Commando legs. He captured the plans, defeating a Cyborg Commando by the name of Bill. He then, in fit of inspiration, took Bill with him. Bill (see next) got told the truth of Nod and defected officially. Mike got his legs replaced and had a Cyborg Commando Gauntlet affixed to his arm.

Since then, Minos XIII has become insanely vengeful of Mr. Excelsior and his son. However, he is smart enough to realize that he cannot defeat Mr. Excelsior at his current power. To the ends, he has made alliances. Tiamat will soon breed with him, creating a Minotaur Serpent.

Mr. Excelsior
The owner of the Sandstorm Mirage town, he is rumored to be not entirely human. He is an enigmatic supernatural entity who is obsessed with the hidden and the rejected. He created many havens and has amassed a huge collection of spells. The only thing that keeps him from being a full fledged god is that he does not desire followers, but only wants to be a protector. He thinks that the human race is superior because of it's ambition and it's desire to succeed and to excel. Hence his name, Mr. Excelsior. He is essentially a Social Darwinist. Sandstorm Mirage is a small venture of his and is only the first of a series of havens protected by the environment, the next ones being in the mountains and the rain forest (hence his friendship with Hu).
His human body is not his real form. His original form (he does not, similar to the Overlord, call it is "real" form) is of shifting probabilities and of pure possibility. However, humans are not yet ready to look at such a form. Thus, he created a nearly perfect human body to serve as a substitute. He wears a cloak, despite his handsomeness, because he is a symbol of all that is hidden. His body does look just a teeny little bit different depending on the viewer, but he has done an excellent job of creating a single body. He considers his "true" form his childhood form and considers it to be not really reality, because even though all possibilities may happen, only one form will exist. Thus, he has created one form.

They took genes from tons and tons of animals, including captured aliens and human mutants. The average Hunter has many super powers. They are hermaphroditic, can breed with themselves, have the speed and senses of a cat, the endurance and senses of a dog, the raw strength of a bear, the intelligence and competitveness of a human, several bionic enhancements (these are the non-wild ones). All can be controlled by special U.S. Controllers at long distances. These super warriors are deliberately made to look quite unlike regular U.S. troops and designs. The Hunters are deployed against the U.S.' enemies.

Tiamat then realized that she, as the lord of the dragons, needed an edge to avenge this victory by good. Dracula withdrew, but a force within compelled him to breed in the way totally alien to vampires: the human way. After much blood-shed and magic, Tiamat had another baby: a draconic vampire. Tiamatula was found by Uterafson, the son of Nosferatu, however. Tiamatula has acknowledged the dragon part of him, the part that makes him the vampire killer. The Cerebrate in this operation is Mr. Excelsior: as long as Mr. Excelsior is alive and a certain amount of resources are present, a new Torrasque may be recreated. Torrasque Mark II and Minos XIV are very capable of taking on almost any fighter, but they are not all of Mr. Excelsior's bodyguards.
Trent Haranasik (Soul of Katana):
In the early stages of the samurai/ninja conflict, a famous samurai melded Ninjitsu and the art of the Samurai. He created a magical blade that would take the soul of the wielder (if desired) to create a communal intelligence. A ninja killed him and took the sword, eventually adding his soul. The katana went around the world and gathered powerful warriors: Viking berserkers, Mongol tribesman, etc. Finally, it fell into the hands of a Japanese man who immigrated to America and gave it to his son, Trent Haranasik. Trent had received the blade when the 100 soul critical mass had been reached, and he became to quite a degree an extension of the sword, just as much as the sword is an extension of him. He then got interested in hacking and created a world based on the Matrix as a popular game. He got interested in the Matrix ideas and contacted Astar Reeves to develop the telekinetic powers inherent in the combination of the sword and him. He developed it in a manner befitting the sword and the Matrix: high reaction times and the other cool shit they did in the Matrix. Thus, he has emerged as a powerful warrior and a hacker.

U.S. Insectoids
Unknown to all but the most high-ranking government officials, some of the Insectoids survived and were still loyal. These Insectoids were modified to help the Hunters and to hunt the Insectoids. They also were designed to become colonizers of distant planets. They would die by the thousands and include regular size insects, but then the colonization of the planet would be easy. They would be passed off as native species and changed drastically in apperance per planet. The U.S. government plans to be able to colonize many, many planets with them before the word gets out. Then they will openly reveal it and say that obviously the Insectoids are perfectly loyal and very useful. Possibly the first benovelent conspiracy with plans to reveal itself.
U.S. Lavos
The U.S., unknown to others, succeeded in stealing a piece of Lavos' shell. They cloned the rest of Lavos from the shell and added their trademark obedience gene. Then they put it into cryogenic freezing after splicing it excessively. It continues to grow in the special embyronic stasis chamber. It so far has only reached a small Lavos stage, but already it could pose a major threat to most any army. In the case of an attack, the Cryos and Lavos will likely be able to take on the threat.
