General Leo
Illusioned into believing that the Emporer was a good man, Leo was one of his loyalest followers. He still managed to despise Kefka, however. He witnessed the madman's atrocities first-hand, but believed that the Emporer simply did not know about them. Just as he was beginning to come around, Leo was quite sadly slaughtered by Kefka, who tricked him and then stabbed him in the back.
Biggs & Wedge
Soldiers working for the Empire, Biggs & Wedge act as Terra's assistance at the beginning of the game, when she is under the influence of the Slave Crown. They break into Narche with the intention of stealing an Esper, which had been found frozen in one of the caves. However, Terra has a strange reaction with the Esper, and the result is that Biggs and Wedge are killed.
*Note: Final Fantasy 6/3 has many more minor characters. I simply do not have any pictures of them.
