Starbase 351 is now the leader in R&D for ship design and RRT training. Commanded by Mike "Phoenix" Bradfurd, the station sees alot of traffic. Repairs for ships are made on a regular basis, and engineers and scientists are numerous. Commander Bradfurd also heads the R&D for all new fighter shuttle designs. A pilot of superior skill, Commander Bradfurd still pilots these craft on occassion - much to his first officer's disdain.
