Elkar Prime

The planet of Elkar Prime is distant from it's sun and sees only one warm season per year. The Elkari people have adapted to cold enviroments therefore, and have some higher resistance to cold than normal humans. The planet's government is broken down into a council of governors from each caste which exists on the planet. The castes include Secular ( which also maintains the medical field ),Military,Scientfic, and Technological. The Military polices the planet and it's laws, but is frequently outvoted by the other three in council. The governors are the following - Patriarch Malkun for the Secular Caste, General Soril for the Military Caste, Doctor Mi Linn Bai for the Scientists, and Doctor Di'Lan Kazan for the Technological caste.

Appearance

• The Elkari look like Vulcans in appearance, in build and anatomy. However, due to either a lack of melatonin in their blood, or the distance of sun and long nights, all Elkari are pale skinned , some to the point of being snow white. The have little or no hair pigmentation as well, with hair ranging from white blonde to snow white in color.
• The eyes of the Elkari are filled with depth however, and range from the brightest blues, greens and purples. Some Elkari have gold or silver eyes as well, though that is rare.
• Strangely enough , all Elkari are gifted in some way, either increased intellect - ranging from telepathic abilities to near computer like computational ability - or increased physical attributes - ranging from incredible healing ability to superior strength.
