Katt
Katt is the fierce fighter from the Coliseum. She fights Ryu there, and is defeated. She will join you shortly after her loss. She is an excellent fighter, and the only other character who can counter-attack. Her speed will usually allow her to get a first strike, so fight accordingly.
Character Analysis: Her stats are high, but her Hp and Mp and very low too. Her fighting skill more than makes up for it though. 9/10
