Celes Chere
Celes is a Magitek-Knight, joined with the power of espers. Her natural magic is Ice elemental. Runic is her special character skill. She joins the party when Locke finds her being held prisoner in South Figaro. He rescues her, and they join the rest at Narshe later on.
Character Analysis: She is an awesome character. Runic is very useful in the WoB part of the game, but loses its usefulness in WoR. Nevertheless, she is still a talented magic user. 9/10
