Once a gruntee has proven themself worthy, they become a tribless grunt. The main responsabilty of a tribless grunt is to help gruntees. They are the ones that do most of the testing, and should hold most of the bootcamps. Tribless grunts out rank gruntees. They do not however outrank anyone else. They can use the schimitar instead of the cutlass. They also can wear ring mail arms. Instead of wearing black boots like a gruntee they wear brownish colored boots.
