Neo is the main character of Black Rainbow. He is bright and strong, but his best attribute is his Heart. Through his great fortitude, he can overcome what many would fall in defeat to.
Carbon is Neo's best friend. He has average intelligence, but his greatest attribute is his incredible strength. His loyalty to Neo is unmatched, and he will always be with him, no matter how severe the consequences.
Noelle is Neo's crush. She has weak strength, but her Intelligence is superior to all of the party members. During the game, Neo will grow to like Noelle more and more, but the feeling won't be mutual, that is until a life threatening event, inwhich her fellings soon change. For Noelle, Neo will do anything, which shows that Neo thinks with his heart, and not always with his mind.
Brandi is Neo's dog. Brandi has been by Neo's side for as long as he can remember. Brandi has moderate strength, but her speed makes up for it all. Her small stature can accomidate small areas inaccessible by the other members of the party.
