Hail, my friends. A star shines on the hour of our meeting. Though I sometimes go by the name Tinu en' Gil-galad, my true name is Treyan Andune. I was born in Dol Amroth about 1,800 years after the Last Alliance of Men and Elves. My father was Astaro Andune, the son of Gil-galad, High King of Elves in Middle-earth. My mother was Tairana, an elf of Dol Amroth. Mother was killed in a disease epidemic when i was 20, or so they say. I was not there, but i believe she was killed. Father was lost at sea the year i turned 95. Shortly after that, I left Dol Amroth with nothing but my father's sword, Narlos, and after many years of wandering, I came to Edoras, and the courts of Theoden, King of Rohan. He adopted me as one of his household, and I lived there for many a year as a Princess of Rohan, taking as my steed Shadowstar, the son of Shadowfax, a prince of horses, second only to his father in speed and endurance, even among the elven-steeds. My name in Rohan was Brenna, which means Raven, because of the color of my hair, though when I chose to ride with the Rohirrim, I went by the name Bran. After around 15 years, I left Theoden's halls, saying I would return, and went North and West, so coming to Eriador and the borders of the Shire. Here I met Aragorn, and the Rangers of the North. Aragorn and I soon became fast friends, and he taught me some of what I know in the arts of forestry and healing. I was one of the Company of the Ring, though I was not chosen by Elrond. Instead I followed the Fellowship out of Rivendell, meeting them in Hollin. After the War of the Ring, I journeyed with Gandalf and the hobbits to Rivendell, where I stayed for a time. It was then that Elrond gave me Aiglos, the Spear of Gil-galad.
I am an excellent hunter and tracker, being able to move even quieter than hobbits when I wish. Father taught me swordplay, and I am a good fighter, though I only fight when I must. I have excellent aim with the elven-bow, and am able to fire two or three arrows at a time, as Legolas can. I have no magical abilities, but I've got excellent stamina. Years ago, I was attacked by a Nazgul, and bear a scar on my right cheek, slanting from under my eye to a few centimeters from my ear. My alias, when I journey in the North, is Brendan, which means Wild Raven.

This is my sword, Narlos, which means Snowfire.
