The Following planets are equipped with a set of dragonballs
Earth - 2 wishes - active
Namek - 3 wishes - active
Vegeta - 1 wish - active
Universe - Black Star Dragonballs - 2 wishes - active
After aquiring any of the 4 sets of 7 dragonballs you may make a wish/s. Make sure not to make the same wish twice, except with the black star dragonballs. This set allows the same wishes but not in a consequtive order. Although you must have a space pod or a space suit to begin a search for the black star dragonballs
The only wish that can be wished for twice with ALL dragonballs is to recover an allie from the Next Dimension. The consequtive rule is also void to this wish.
You may request for any wish but all wishes are subject to approval. The following is a short list of popular choices.

It takes 20 hours to find a dragonball and 25 for any from the black star set without any equipment or helpful moves. The following is a list of moves and items that reduce the number of days it takes to find a certain dragonball by the number listed. Each dragonball takes a minimum of 1 day to find.
Bukujutsu: 2 Hours
Instant Transmission: 2 Hours
Scouter: 3 Hours
Shukandido: 3 Hours
Dragonball Locator: 5 Hours
Space Pod: 8 Hours
