Racial Power-Up:

Mystic Saiya-jin
Go to planet Kaio and double your stats (except Int and Exp). Lose the moves the Oozaru and Super Saiya-Jin 3. Cannot be a Majin.

Racial Moves

Saiya-jin Tenacity
Saiyins receive 6% of his opponents stats after losing a battle, and always gain 2 EXP points.. Saiyins begin with this ability.

Oozaru
Every 1st of the month, the moon is full. Any saiya-jin involved in a battle automatically uses this transformation, and can uses no others. Multiplies ki and end by 1.25, and speed is cut in half. The Saiya-jin must still have his tail to use this. The tail has an hp equal to 10% of the saiya-jin's CURRENT power level. Tail is gone until the saiya-jin dues, and returns. Saiy-jins start with this.

False Moon
A ball of false moon light causing all saiya-jins in the battle to turn Oozaru. Requires an EXP of 15 and takes 15 hours to learn. Taught by King Vegeta.

Saiyin Self Destruct
Release all your power into one huge blast of 150%. Cannot be countered, dodged, or blocked. Kills the saiyin. Charges at the rate of 50% per move, and hits everyone on the battlefield. Kill any opponents who run out of ki.

Super Saiya-jin
Dramactlly increase your ki, endurance, and speed.

Super Saiya-jin Lv1
Ki and Speed multiplied by 1.3. Must have a base power level of 500,000 and an EXP of 20. First time used it counts as a solitary move. Afterwards it is a free move.

Ultra Super Saiya-jin
Ki and Endurance multiplied by 1.5 except Speed which is cut by 1/2. Must have a base power level of 800,000 and requires an EXP of 25.

Super Saiya-jin Lv2
Ki, Endurance, and Speed Multiplied by 1.6. Must have a base power level of 1,500,000 and an EXP of 30.

Super Saiya-jin Lv3
Power level and Speed multiplied by 1.9 except Endurance which is reduced by 15% each move (unless the saiyin is dead, in which case there is no end cost). Must have a base power level of 3,000,000 and an exp of 50.
