Lazarion Taranes was the second to be brought over to the Immortal Ranks, after Riekin himself. As such, he wields nearly as much power. Lazarion was a priest in life, and conducts himself as such now. It was under his order that the Illumina Cathedral was erected, and it is his word that rules the entirity of Shuurai to this day.
