A man who makes his living by stealing, making the most of his Fullen (Woren) talents of quickness and stealthiness. A self-styled Robin Hood, he never seems to be motivated by greed and never does anything particularly reprehensible. Rei looks after Teepo and Ryu, who are orphans like himself. He may appear to have a glib personality, but he actually has a strong sense of responsibility and acts as a big brother to the two boys. With his speed, he can easily avoid enemy attacks and is difficult to take by surprise.
