Chika is from class five and one of the five members of the Miko Council formed due to Kurako's ideas. Chika is cute, but she has a negative attitude. My type of girl. She is also a bit negative in some ways. In two different episodes when asked her opinion about something, she found a problem with every suggestion. She seems to take things quite seriously and doesn't care showing off cuteness. Chika seems to be closest to Seiko in terms of friendship. Or it may just be the she is paired with Seiko a lot. No that type of pair. In anime it is kind of common for certain characters to appear together just because. However the case of Chika, it is probably a friendship thing. Izumi another Miko, seems to be obsessed with Chika's cuteness. Chika through doesn't seem to care about Izumi's admiring of her. In fact Chika actually seems to be annoyed by it. Over all I have to admit this. She is my favorite Miko in the entire series so far. I just love her cute and yet negative style. Actually to be honest she and Seiko are my favorite Mikos. Sometimes I like one better and sometimes the other.
Attacks

Moon Spiral Deflation: Chika says "Moon Spiral Deflation" while spinning around. She then poses and points her item forward. This results in well nothing. This is actually just a move she made up to practice her item and see how it works. And because she wanted to say a foreign name for the fun of it.

Miracle Flash:Chika takes her special item and guards against an energy attack as we'll call it. While this happens, Chika is absorbing the energy into her item. After which the item starts to glow. Chika then preforms a motion while crying out the words "Miracle Flash". At the end of it she unleashes the energy back at the enemy.
