Izumi comes from class two and is one of the four new mikos who joins the miko council. She's obsessed with cult stuff. Especially with idea of aliens and conspiracies. She also enjoys having fun with the whole monster fighting thing. Including the element of attack names as can be seen in the series.

Izumi also seems to really like Chika. It seems to be mainly because to her Chika is extremely adorable. And thus she wants to be with her and well pamper her. Although this does annoy Chika, Izumi doesn't seem to notice. Or maybe she doesn't care or perhaps she finds the annoyance cute in of itself. In general she's definitely crazed about Chika.
Attacks

Oriental Shamanic Card: Izumi first does a pose and calls out this name. Later she tries to use this as an actual attack. Where by she covers an enemy with cards. What this is supposed to do is unknown. So far it does not seem to do much.

Special attack: Tachyon Plasma Return: Izumi takes her cards and throws them at an enemy to cut it up. Afterwards she has them come back to her.
