RACIAL/CLASS ADVANTAGES
Racial:
Shapeshift Dolphin: Three times per day the Seelie Sidhe can shape shift into a dolphin. 35% +5% per level it lasts 1hour/level. This skill takes two rounds to use. The items and possession of the Seelie vanish while they are in dolphin form and reappear when they change back.

Regal Beauty: The Seelie Sidhe are so beautiful that when dealing with all non-sidhe they gain a +15% to all social skills. And are resistant to all charm powers unless the person using it is another sidhe or three levels higher.

Dark Vision: 120ft +5% to hit with cutlass and light arbalest.

+5% to sailor/merchant skills, this is a one time bonus upon choosing a skill from those two groups.

Class:
+10% to hit/evade while fighting on ships due to knowledge of how a ship rolls and rock.

They can never become thieves or assassins, nor can they be chaotic in ethic

Because of their connection to more ethereal creatures they are easily entranced by music. When hearing any played they are at a -15% to everything. and if it is in battle they get no bonuses to their initiative.

A seelie sidhe will rarely associate with the unseelie sidhe, unless it is for trade purposes only. If they are caught by a seelie or unseelie noble they will be cast from the Court of Dreams, and killed if they ever set foot back on the island.

Class:
Sailors are rarely ever accepted into society as normal people they suffer a -5 to all charisma checks and -10% to all social skills except when dealing with sailors, gypsies, or merchants.

Sailors are at a -5% to hit and evade when on dry land, as they are not use to the lack of swaying.

Sailors are mistrusting of all mages, clerics, and psions, except the elementalists of water and air, and clerics of the God/Goddess of the sea. They consider them taboo. If one boards their ship they are at a -15% to all skills while the person is on board. This taboo does not affect them with Paladins, Rangers, and Druids. This also only affects them while on the ship. However most sailors still don’t trust them, wherever they are.

She has an infectious smile and soft ivory skin, she wears a sleeveless 3/4 brown and red p-coat, with a red and orange checkered sash and underneath a white sailors shirt. Her thigh high boots covers her beige leather breeches, as her Cutlass hang proudly from her waist.

 

CHARACTER BACKGROUND
    Born Seelie, Beatrice has been riding the high seas for quite some time. Recently the ship she worked upon has been destroyed by pirates near Travia, so she and those that survived to escape has been stranded for the time being.
