This is the first place you arrive when you die. You will be judged by King Enma in which you will be sent straight to HFIL if you are evil or you can travel to the HEAVENS on SNAKEWAY.  You may only stay in the otherworld of a maximum of 4 weeks.  You cannot kill someone in the otherworld.  You may have fights but you cannot kill them.
