This award goes out to those
site that are starting off and are completely for DBZ, they can be either
shrines or just a site showing everything this is an easy award to win
think of it as a beginner award. |

people that have worked really hard on their sites and are willing to do
anything to show what they can do. These site usually have chat
rooms, message boards, poll, and even a music and art gallery. To
get this award one does not need to have a great site but one that has
variety of a few good things. I mostly look on interaction with the
user than the site for this award. |

This award goes to those site
that are for ICLing, this award here is to get those people that make tournament
to be recognized for their excellence in fighting. This is only to
Guilds. I will be looking for people, date established, rules, fighting
style, and even prizes for the winner of fighting. |

sites that are in high standards with everything that involves DBZ.
One would have to have pretty much everything to get this award such as
movies, music, pictures, eps. guides, Animated gifs, desktop pictures,
etc. The many things that you can see and tell that the person has
devoted their time and effort to making a great site. |
