  Vertical Games is a totally free play by email site. We will either host games, or link to those that are hosted on other sites. No matter where your game is hosted, you must agree to our terms of service, or be removed from the games. Before you join a Vetical Games rpg, you must read over and agree to the Vertical Games Terms of Service, and Rules. - Do not make an ass out of yourself. Yes, this is arbitrary. No, I will not remove it. - GM's must provide a link to the game system they are using, unless it is one of their own creation, or freeform. - Do not spam or post redundant email messages. - Do not stalk, harrass or annoy your fellow gamers. - Pornography, Piracy or other illegal material are not allowed, except in a wholly simulated fashion, and are under no circumstances to be endorsed, nor approved of in any real life situation. Any explicit depictions of any type of illegal or pornographic activity, will result in your immediate termination from our games. Clauses: Accounts: while there are no true "accounts" at Vertical Games, for ease of understanding we will assume an acount to have been created when you sign up to lurk or post in any game. You may have as many characters in as many games as you are able to keep up with. You and you alone are responsible for the posts and actions made on your account. If a friend gets you banned by posting as your character, that is your burden to bear alone. Account Bannings: We work under a "three strikes and you are out" policy. In most cases, you will receive 3 warnings for violation of our rules before your account is terminated. However there are certain cases and violations which may result in immediate termination of your account. COPPA Compliance: You must be over the age of 13 years old to play any game at Vertical Games. If you are not over the age of 13, you must have parental consent which consists of a written agreement by your parent mailed to us. By signing up for one of our games, you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by our rules and regulations.
