However, the ominous specter of war abruptly redirected the course of her life.
A demonic army, relentless and destructive, surged towards Timaro, leaving devastation in its wake. Having already decimated the Wolven Empire's military, the demons set their sights on the Timiro soldiers. It was then that Rhysanus, a formidable Elven mage from another realm, offered a solution—to transport the entire library to his world, safeguarding it from the impending demonic horde. After days of negotiations, the Master Librarian agreed, under the condition that his chosen Assistant accompanied the invaluable repository. Thus, Athalclenna found herself on Harn, in the capital of Retheme, with Rhysanus having brought not only the entire Timiro Library but also a substantial portion of the Library of Beletherad. This was when she discovered Rhysanus's deception in that he never intended to return the Library.
Confronted with a choice, Athalclenna opted to align herself with Rhysanus as his new Head Librarian rather than face certain death back in Credia. In the aftermath of Rhysanus's strategic acqusition of the libraries, Athalclenna dedicated herself fervently to her new responsibilities. Situated at the Library in Retheme, her mission involved integrating and deciphering magical texts recovered from the libraries of Timaro and Beletharad.
Months later as Styphon shifted Retheme and Kandae to Otara, Athalclenna and the Library were relocated to Kandial Keep, a colossal fortification in Tearvaneth specifically constructed as a library by the Dwarves for the Elves of this world. Here, she faced the monumental task of amalgamating three complete libraries from three different worlds.
Athalclenna's role transcends that of a mere librarian; she is a skilled wizard, a devoted Priestess of Thoth, a proficient healer, a Mind Mage, and a trained Knight. Her multidisciplinary expertise enables her to bridge the gaps between various facets of elven knowledge and mysticism.
