Born to Valiss and Ilthirial Arcelduin, the Duke and Duchess of Atlan`ysse at the time, Sheridril graced the regal splendor of the palace with her presence. She shared her lineage with a mysterious older brother named Yurian, who was brought into the Arcelduin House by fate's design. Sheridril's early years unfolded amidst the vibrant colors of elven culture, shielded from the shadows that lurked in the corners of her family's past. Her mother, Ithirial, a nurturing figure, wove a protective cocoon around Sheridril, shielding her from the painful truths that haunted the Arcelduin legacy. As the younger sister to Yurian, Sheridril shared a close bond with him during their childhood. Their days were filled with laughter echoing through the palace halls, and the whispers of the Seldarine seemed to guide their steps toward destinies yet to unfold. The death of her father changed all that. Ilthirial and Sheridril returned to Teradryn to live with the newly widowed Valishar where she would take lessons with his daughter in the ways of Magic. Over time, a deepening connection between Ilthirial and Rhysanus culminated in marriage, intertwining their lives further. Sheridril's life was good, and she wanted for nothing but secretly she held a resentment toward Rhysanus for replacing her father. As soon as she was old enough, she pledged as a novice in the Seldarine, and delved deeper into the enchanting arts, studying wizardry under other Wizard away from her stepfather, Rhysanus. The Seldarine Temple became a backdrop for her educational pursuits, and her part-time work at Silverthorn's Inn added layers of experience to her formative years. Sheridril's journey took a turn as romantic entanglements unfolded, leading her to a union with The Moon Elven Arch Druid Tharin Blackthorn and an unfortunate pregnancy. Her relationship with Blackthorn ended and she used magical means to terminate her pregnancy, very sullen by the whole experience. However, the course of her life remained within Teradryn and the Temple she completed her studies and emerged as a Wizard and Priestess of the Seldarine. Following her brother's example, she set out on her own path to follow the Seldarine wherever they may lead. |
