If the character's Education level is college graduate or better the character may select a second computer skills program. The character must select 5 skills from the Computer category each at a +15% bonus. If the character's Education level is Master's degree or higher the character may select a 3rd Program. This program must select Computer Engineer: from the Engineering Skills at a +10% bonus, and 3 additional skills from the Computer skills with a skill bonus of +20%.
