Espionage Skills Program

• If the character has a trade school education Select 5 skills from the Espionage Skills category each at a +20% bonus.

Espionage skills are limited to the Education level of trade school, which in this case would represent a Government funded specialty Academy related to Military or Espionage based OCCs (for example: CIA, FBI, Police). They may not be selected by any other Education level, though may be selected through Military Skills Programs

The character may select a second Espionage Skills Program of 5 skills at +15% bonus.

Espionage skills , though not generally availiable to Civilian OCCs can be learned as secondary skills if taught by a character who has the skill.
