Industrial Skills Program

• If the character has a college or trade school education Select 5 skills from the Industrial Skills category each at a +20% bonus.

Although Industrial skills are mainly taught in College or Trade school they may be selected by any Education level higher then grade school if a second program is to be selected.

The character may select a second Industrial Skills Program of 2 skills at +0% bonus unless taken as a second College/Tradeschool level or higher, giving +15% for 5 skills selected

Industrial skills , though not generally availiable to OCCs outside of industry can be learned as secondary skills if taught by a character who has the skill.
