Magical/Religious Skills Program

• If the character has a University education Select 5 skills from the Magical/Religious Skills category each at a +20% bonus.

The character may select a second Magical/Religious Skills Program of 5 skills at +15% bonus. Magical studies are not a common area of study even in University so skills learned of a magical nature are learned from Secret Organizations within the University,or extensive self study, gleening information through extensive research and experimentation and extrpolation from Religious Skills study. The only other way to get these skills is through OCC selection or learning from someone who has the skill and is willing to teach it as a secondary skill.
