Dormant: The subject becomes an anomalous human, meaning that the descendants have a 25%-50% chance of becoming Random Mutants and the subject has a 1-10% chance of becoming a superhuman at a later time (provided he/she is exposed to the right stimulus).
Temporary: The subject gets powers and enhanced abilities, but only for a limited amount of time (use the Power Creation explaination) and may need repeated treatments. The descendants have a 10% chance of getting these genes.
Permanent: The subject gains permanent enhancement abilities and powers and may pass on these genes to his/her descendants. The descendants would be Breed Mutants.
