Telekinesis: In(40). Guldo has developed the following power stunts:

- True Flight: Ty(6). He does this by first levitating and then telekinetically pushing off the ground.
- Kinetic Bolt: Ty(6). From eyes, head, or hands.
- By making a Red Psyche FEAT, Guldo can telekinetically "freeze" 1 or more opponents. The opponent is telekinetically held as if grappled with In(40) strength. For more than 1 opponent, this operates at -1CS for every additional opponent.

Guldo was first recruited by the head of the Planet Trade Guild's "Poison Pill" division---The Ginyu Force, Captain Ginyu in the 1990s(in Terran years) as a mentalist in the division. Guldo's mind powers aided the Ginyu Force in their missions to assassinate the leaders of planets who either rebelled against the Guild or reneged on a contract with the Guild.
On a mission to planet Namek Prime, the Ginyu Force encountered Krillin, Gohan, and Vegeta. Feigning cowardice, Vegeta flew off leaving Gohan and Krillin to face the Ginyus. Underestimating the duo, the Ginyus chose Guldo as the first "Negotiative Combatant" that the Z-fighters would face. Guldo, cocky from all the successful missions he made, soon found he was out of practice with his powers. As Gohan and Krillin sent blast after blast at him, Guldo finally managed to activate his "Time Freeze" effect. Krillin and Gohan were helplessly suspended in mid-air. Guldo began pummeling each of them and then telekinetically ripped a small tree from the ground. He planned to spear both fighters with it. Unfortunately, all his attention was focused on killing his opponents and not on his surroundings. As such, Guldo didn't even notice when Vegeta's laser-like energy blast severed his head from his neck.
