Mercs
1. Mercs are hired onto teams or by specific pilots for $500, unless otherwise negotiated by the Merc and person hiring them.
2. Teams may not hire a Merc if they have the max number of pilots. Also, if they have found themselves in a situation where they will be deleted for having too few pilots, a team may not hire a Merc to count as the second person.
3. At any time, a Merc may, after clearing it with those in charge, join a team and no longer be a Merc. Also, any pilot may switch over to being a merc if they wish.
