Tourney Rules

Tournaments will be held regularly, maybe one every two months, and sometimes once a month. It’ll alternate. Prizes can include many things, but are four categories. Money, Mod, Zoid, and Organoid. To win, you must make your way through many challengers to claim the generous prize. In a money tournament, $1,000,000 will be awarded to the winner, and may be spent at their leasure. A Mod tournament gives the winner their choice of any Zoid modification, including weapons, shielding, and radars. A Zoid tournament is similar, giving the tourney champion a choice of ANY Zoid, including Specialty and Team Zoids. When an Organoid is won, you can make it look however you want it to. Just make sure that you follow the rules present in the Organoids rule page. Keep in mind that Administrators may change these rules for certain tournaments, and you must make sure to check out the rules specific to a certain tournament, which are located in the thread on our message board. Speaking of that thread, don’t forget to sign up in it. If you don’t sign up for a tournament, then you won’t be participating in it. Team tournaments will work the same as a normal tournament, only instead of having people rise up in the ranks, Teams will. Most of the team tourneys will be for a Team Zoid or Money, so nobody but the winning team can use the money. This means that Teams cannot transfer money won from a tournament out of the team funds. Please keep in mind that normal battles can’t be done during a tournament, because it might confuse the judges. Second place prizes will change. See the tournament thread for that kind of info.
