Captain Popeye (They finally got him onto a boat, for a change!) won't let Olive Oyl go with him on his ship because "Women is a jinx't on boats" (I guess that explains The Poseidon Adventure). But Olive accidentally gets locked into a trunk headed on-board, and soon she is wreaking havoc and playing tag with the macho sailors.
A very slight story, beefed up considerably by the Fleischers' usual beautiful animation and perspective work.
