Popeye dreams that he is in Heaven, courting angel Olive Oyl, when who else but devil Bluto arrives to thwart his wooing.
The cartoon has some nice effects, but much of it seems to echo the mildly similar (and far superior) A Dream Walking. Good animation, routine story.
