You got a homepage you think is good? Something
really special? Show it by winning a Myst award! There are 6
catagories. This isn't a hand out! Still up for the
challange? Well take a look!
The Mark of the Beast
Award
This award is strictly for Were and Were related
sites. It is also for furry, theranthropic, lycanthropic,
and anthromorphic sites. Must have a LOT of content in this
area to win. Desing and asthetics myst also be pleasing.
Desing consideration, colors, graphics loading time are all
factors in judging.
The Dragon's Choice Award
This award is for fantasy, scifi, roleplaying,
wiccan, or other spirituality related sites. Sites are
judged on continuity, design, graphics, loading time,
linkage, etc. Unique sites or sites that stand out tend to
recieve this award.
The Oasis of Shadows Award
This award is highly sought after. It is for
sites that are primarily dark poetry, stories, music, or
other dark forms of creative expression. We judge on
content, style, design, interactivity and navigation. Unique
style and flare are more likely to achieve this award.
The Dark Haven Award
Is your site a haven for the darker creatures in
life? This award is for sites that deal with vampirism, the
supernatural, paranormal or other dark topics. These sites
are evaluated on content, navigation, links and graphics,
design and presentation.
The Dark Asylum Award
This Award is for le creme de la creme of the
Dark and gothic. This is for more overall content. This is a
very difficult award to win. Sites are evaluated on design,
navigation, interactivity, content, links, graphics, and
uniquness.
The Myst Excellence Award
This award is only for THE BEST. Very few sites
come up to the standards of this award. This is a best
overall award so doesn't really have a theme. Any site can
apply for this award, but it is very hard to win.Sites are
scrutinized very closely.
The Myst awards are give out
monthly. There are 3 judges so winners are not based on
personal oppinion. Awards are distributed at the end of the
month. Any site may not recieve more than one award from us
in a three month peirod. We do not give out multiple
awards.
