This section is dedicated to my all time favourite Walt Disney movie, Sleeping Beauty!

Sleeping Beauty is about a beautiful girl named Aurora. She was born a princess and her 3 faery friends came and granted her 3 gifts. The gift of beauty, the gift of vocal talent, and just as she was about to recieve another one the evil Maleficent came and cursed her saying that on her 16th birthday she would prick her finger on a needle and DIE! but then the good faery Merryweather changed the spell saying she would only fall asleep but if a Prince kissed her she would wake up! So the faerys took Aurora and hid her in a house in the forest her whole life but one day Maleficent`s pet bird found her and she pricked her finger and fell asleep! Then the charming prince she had met earlier went to find her and had to fight Maleficent who had turned into an evil dragon to get to Aurora. He killed her, kissed Aurora and they lived happily ever after. The End!

Sleeping Beauty is a very old Walt Disney classic. This is the advertisment poster when it was first released in the 1950`s.

The movies expences went over $6 million in 1959 which was the largest to date.
