2) The Organization of Wrestlers. There are only 3 alliances in WCW: NWO, LWO, and the rest who are under Bischoff, or the WCW wrestlers. When other alliances start to form, Bischoff stops it from happening. For example, when Kevin Nash and Scott Hall tried to form the Outsiders, Bischoff stopped it by firing Syxx/X-Pac.
3) The Story Lines. Let's face it, they suck. It's all about what one wrestler wants to do to another. In WWF, McMahon makes it interesting by involving wrestler's families and thier fans. And that's what the fans want, INTERESTING stories and a peek into who the wrestlers are in real life.
4) The Props. In WCW, they aren't very good. Recently, I saw a match where a table was used. I'm not sure who was wrestling (because I don't usually watch WCW), but the wrestler who brought out the table put the other guy on it. The first wrestler jumped on the other guy, but the table didn't break, so he put the table up against the turnbuckle and threw the second wrestler into it. AND IT STILL DID NOT BREAK!!! In WWF, the table would have broken the first time.
5) The Duration of the Matches. They last too long in WCW, especially with 3 hours of Nitro. I admit I would love it if Raw lasted 3 hours too, but at least the matches would be fast paced and interesting.
6) All the Old Fogey Wrestlers in WCW. Come on. Ric Flair, Hollywood Hogan, and the Ultimate Warrior (at least they got rid of him!). The old guys got to go! After 20 years or so of watching them wrestle, you would think some people would get sick of seeing them!
7) Eric Bischoff. I noticed he is trying to get more involved in the stories, just like Vince McMahon! I saw a conflict he was having with a wrestler the other day and I have to say I never saw such bad acting! You can clearly see that he is copying Vince's strategy to capture the viewers' attention by getting involved. Only, Bischoff has to make himself the good guy rather that the bad guy! Isn't that concieted in a way?!
8) The Nitro Girls. Isn't it obvious that they are just there for the ratings?! Or at least Bischoff is trying to boost ratings by getting men to stare at half naked women. Notice how WWF doesn't need "cheerleaders" to beat WCW's ratings week after week?
9) The Interviews. In WCW, the wrestler says,"Oh yeah, I'm gonna kick your @$$ next time!" And the interviews are in the ring. In WWF, the interviews are usually in the backstage area or in the wrestler's locker room, which is more personal. Fans want to see inside the Rock's or "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's locker room!
10) The Catch Phrases. You tell me which is better: Goldberg's "Who's Next?" or Stone Cold's "Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your @$$! And that's the bottom line 'cause Stone Cold said so!" In my opinion, the latter is 100 thousand times better. "Who's next?" is boring and plain. Stone Cold's quote has feeling, anger, taunting, and pride. When Goldberg says "Who's next?" the viewer thinks, "Could it possibly be an NWO member? Naw, no way. It couldn't be! (If you can't tell, I'm being sarcastic.) Maybe it will be Hollywood Hogan again! I can't wait to see that!
11) The Announcers. The WCW announcers are... well, boring. They only comment during half the match. In WWF, if Jerry Lawler or JR can't comment on the match then they will build the fans' anticipation by mentioning upcoming events or events that took place previously.
