We are not a large breeding facility so a deposit of 25% is recommended to insure that your order will be filled. Deposits are non refundable on fillable orders unless otherwise agreed upon. We have no box fee but please remember that shipping will be added to your purchase price. We can ship UPS orvernight or Air freight, we have good luck with both. Our animals will be shipped when they are feeding on pinks routinely and only during advisable weather. Our interest is in your success as well as the animals and we do our utmost to achieve this. Due to our inability to control our animals environment in your home we can only replace animals within 72 hours of their arrival. Please call Immediately if you have a problem!
