There is a certain rural quality to the ground of Forest FC, with its tree-lined touchlines, and tucked away behind houses, just off the main road through the village of Roffey, not far from Horsham.
The ground is in fact quite a pleasant surprise and is worth a visit. Mid-way along the near touchline is a brick stand providing cover for around seventy spectators, although with a couple of holes in the roof at present, one would have to be careful where one stood if it were raining. Opposite are the two dugouts, also of brick construction.
The ground is bounded by a wooden perimeter fence, and an interesting feature is a series of wooden posts, two of which are on either side of the stand. These were originally intended to support floodlights, which never materialised. However, there are plans to relocate the posts to support netting in order to catch any wayward balls.
The local Sports & Social Club is behind the main goal, where there is also a large car park. This doubles as the clubhouse.
