Succot 1998: Our
first succah ever! On the Thursday of Chol Hamoed the
Jewish Sixthformers at City trekked over to see the
Girls' School succah, and eat some falafel and hummous -
all for the measly sum of one pound. On Friday they came
to us, and we brought in our old friend Rabbi Wilshanksi
to say a few words and play a few traditional tunes. We
had a good turn out, and of course some cake and biscuits
to feed the hungry rabble. |

January 1999:
Excellent Nosh n'learn with Rabbi Sinclair, an
actor-turned-Rabbi who not only produced Queen's Bohemian
Rhapsody(!!!) in his London studio, but was once a
Hollywood star of film and stage. He and a mate came up
with the idea for, and wrote of the Rocky Horror
Show(!!!!). He now resides in the Ohr Sameach Yeshiva in
Israel, and is a truly amazing man. |

February 1998: Tu B'Shvat party at the Girls' School.
The lads got there a little late, but most importantly,
not too late for the free Haagen Dazs! Whilst the ladies
ate with dignity, we ate like savages - but then we got
more ice-cream, so I wonder who came out on top there
then? |
