Stand, if you can, facing the East. If you are not aware of which direction East is, face which ever direction you wish the wind to comefrom.
Raise your arms and say this charm:

With your arms raised towards the direction of the wind, say this charm:
"Breath of Life, Your powers send.
I thank the sky, Your wind to end."
