SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR EXTERNAL FUNCTIONS/EVENTS (SUCH AS STATEWIDE, NATIONAL, AND SPECIAL EVENTS WHERE M.E.Ch.A. DE PASADENA CITY COLLEGE FUNDS ARE BEING USED.
1. The Committee shall be composed of: The External Coordinator (as chair of the meeting), Internal Coordinator, Fund-raiser/ Social Coordinator, and three (3) General Assembly members.
2. The Committee is responsible for researching via rolls sheets and sign-in sheet in order to determine how active members are, including MESA DIRECTIVA Coordinators.
3. The Committee will be responsible for choosing the participants in such functions/ events.
4. The three (3) General Assembly members that will be on the Selection Committee shall be elected by the General Assembly within the first month of the semester.
