Ammendments
Section 1. Amendments to this constitution shall be first proposed in writing at a General Assembly meeting.
Section 2. The General Assembly shall vote on a amendment at the next regularly scheduled General Assembly meeting.
Section 3. A three-fourths majority vote is needed to approve the amendment.
Section 4. Amendments that come in form of additions shall be written as appendices.
Section 5. All appendices added here on are considered to be amendments to this constitution.
