Section 1. Any member who knowingly does not follow any part of this constitution, or whose actions threaten or jeopardize M.E.Ch.A. de Pasadena City College in any way, will have disciplinary actions taken against him/her or that individual may be removed from M.E.Ch.A. de Pasadena City College and expelled from future General Assembly meetings for that semester.

Section 2. Procedures for removal or disciplinary action are as follows:

  A. A written grievance, stating charges, shall be presented at a General Assembly meeting by any member.

  B. At the next regularly scheduled General Assembly meeting, the plaintiff and defendant shall present their case to the General Assembly.  At the end of the proceedings, the General Assembly shall vote on the grievance.  The General Assembly shall vote on disciplinary actions and/or expulsions.  A two-thirds majority vote is necessary to remove member.
